How to Request an Appointment
You have multiple options for booking an appointment. One of the easiest ways is through our website. Follow the steps below:
1. Click on the blue “Request Appointment” button at the lower righthand corner of our website.
2. A pop-up will open. Click the “Get Started” button.
3. Follow the prompts to choose a dermatologist and specific skin complaint.
4. Next, choose an appointment date and time.
5. You can add extra Notes about the reason for your visit, which is encouraged, but optional!
6. You will then be prompted to enter personal information such as name, date of birth, phone number, and e-mail address. You will also be asked to provide insurance information. These fields are required.
7. Once you click Verify, a 4 digit code will be sent to your e-mail address. This code is valid for 5 minutes.
8. Once you enter the code, a summary of your appointment request details will pop-up.
You must click the “Request Appointment" button to finalize your appointment request!
9. After you click “Request Appointment",” an “Appointment Requested” confirmation will pop-up. You will also get a confirmation e-mail acknowledging your online scheduling appointment request.
10. After we receive the request, our scheduling team will review the submission. Once it is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that also includes some appointment notes. Please review these before arrival! If we have to make changes to the appointment request, we will call the number you provided.
